Let me preface this by stating that I absolutely do ship Dean and Castiel, and this is probably incredibly clear if you look at my blog. I think they’re a fantastic pair with an incredibly fascinating and very real dynamic, both romantically and platonically (so although this post refers to them as a ship, I mean a general interpersonal relationship, too).
However, a realistic dynamic isn’t necessarily always a… healthy dynamic? (I’m gonna talk about the season 7 finale a little bit, so if you’re not caught up and care about that kind of thing…)
